Oceanfront Corner Three Bedroom Condo - Crescent Towers I 701

This spacious beachy condo is located on the oceanfront corner so you have one of the best oceanfront views of the beach in North Myrtle! The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is located beside the hall bathroom. The living room is also directly oceanfront with direct access to the oceanfront balcony.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers I Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

**PER THE HOA:
-Only two parking passes are available for the week of Memorial Day
***The HOA has asked that oversized vehicles are parked across the street in the overflow lot. "Any vehicle that cannot comfortably fit within a designated parking space must also be parked in the overflow lot".***

  The cooking utensils for the kitchen were definitely needing replaced. We could not use the skillets at all and they were horrible with stuck on food. Before leaving we were to wash the dishes and put them away and i dont think anyone checks them after that. The Teflon coating was basically non- existent. The appliances were updated with the least expensive ones and in my opinion the microwave Clearance from the stove was very questionable. Those were our biggest complaints about this place. Did we have a good time? Yes. Would we go back? Maybe. All in all it was a nice apartment for the money we paid but it would be so much nicer if the owners didn't go the with cheapest updates and replacement of the kitchenware.
